Standards and Ethics

Reputation Institute (RI) is continuously conducting research with the general public and other groups of people across several countries. Subject participation is very important to us.

RI understands that the willingness of individuals to participate in our reputation studies is central to our ability to do business. Furthermore, we know that people would not participate in surveys if they thought their personal information was shared.

RI strongly promotes privacy issues and responsible research as a member of the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO). RI strictly adheres to the CASRO Code of Standards and Ethics.

Information that all participants provide to RI is completely confidential. Identity and any information attributable to the participant or the participant's company will never be released to anyone outside RI, including those commissioning the research, unless the participant has expressly permitted such disclosure.
