Benchmarking
Reputation Institute typically works with large corporations, and almost all of them have measured their stakeholders’ perceptions before we got there. Typically these measurements are taken using a custom questionnaire developed by the company or a consultant for them. The questions are likely very relevant, but unless it was fielded very broadly, the measures are usually taken in a vacuum. Often our clients are left wondering:

Reputation Institute’s Knowledge Center conducts an annual study that measures the reputations of the world’s largest companies in 27 countries, giving us a proprietary database of normative data for use in benchmarking client results in 24 industries.
