Charles J. Fombrun is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Reputation Institute. Dr. Fombrun is a former Professor of Management at NYU's Stern School of Business where he was on the standing faculty from 1984 to 2004. He was also Professor of Management at The Wharton School from 1979 to 1984. Dr. Fombrun is the author of numerous books, including the path-breaking best-seller Reputation: Realizing Value from the Corporate Image, first released by Harvard Business School Press in 1996. Dr. Fombrun has published hundreds of articles in leading management journals, and is the creator of reputation management systems used by many companies around the world.

Leonard J. Ponzi designs, analyzes, and consults on custom studies while leading a team of researchers who specialize in research methodology and analysis.
Leonard’s 15+ years of multi-industry experience is a unique blend of qualitative and analytical research. Prior to joining Reputation Institute, Leonard spent three years with GfK as a Sr. Research Director managing clients interested in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, entering new markets, developing new products, and conducting competitive analyses. He also was adjunct faculty member for 10 years at City of New York University, Baruch College and later Pace University where he instructed graduate courses in marketing, marketing research, and consumer behaviour. Leonard has been a speaker at various conferences and has several publications in the area of management and statistics. Leonard holds an MBA and a Ph.D.

Nicolas Georges Trad is Managing Partner of Reputation Institute and responsible overall for RI's office and partner network. Nicolas earned his MSc in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School and holds an MBA from UADE, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Nicolas has helped companies and countries improve within areas such as Corporate Reputation, Country Reputation, City Reputation, Corporate Branding, Employer Branding, CSR, Sustainability and HR. He has worked with companies around the world within industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Energy, Transportation, Consumer Goods and Electronics.
Nicolas has published articles in numerous publications including Corporate Reputation Review and Journal of Marketing Communications and is a frequent speaker at international conferences.

Adam Shoer oversees RI’s Membership, manages the pipeline of Knowledge communications, and directs the Annual Conference. Prior to joining Reputation Institute, he was Director of Marketing and Operations for Children for Children Foundation. Adam brings nearly ten years of global and grass roots experience, previously guiding production for AFS-USA, a leader in intercultural learning and international exchange programs, and running Peru operations for the South American Explorers Club. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s College of Human Ecology.
