Michele Tesoro-Tess is Managing Director at Reputation Institute Italy. He has over 10 years of experience in management consulting and has managed high complexity projects in the fields of change management, change communications and internal communications, HR processes and training. He has held positions at Doxa, Methodos and Leo Burnett. Michele has designed and implemented projects for Italian and global companies in a diverse range of industry sectors.
