What is the Reputation Management Learning & Certification Program?

Through a series of expert led webinars that culminate in a certificate of completion, professionals working in corporate communication, marketing and public affairs will take part in a series of twelve 90 minute webinars delivered by an international faculty of seasoned academics and professionals. Participants who complete all twelve sessions and pass an online examination will receive a Certificate in Reputation Management.

What is the purpose of this program?

The Program is intended to provide a strategic overview of the topics examined and their role in the reputation management process. Participants do not become experts in these topic areas, but learn to build, enhance and perfect the general management skills they need to operate effectively in the area of corporate communication. Graduates of this program will have a solid understanding of the key areas they need to know in order to operate as effective communication professionals.

What does the program include?

Access to all twelve sessions in the program for one year, as well as an online examination, and a certificate in Reputation Management.

Will I be allowed to ask questions during the sessions?

Yes. Every Session provides a 20 minute block of time for questions.

How were faculty selected to teach these sessions?

All faculty teaching the Sessions are trained in Reputation Institute's methodologies and practices and represent the leading academic thinkers in the field of Reputation Management and related disciplines. Each individual faculty member has been carefully selected for their areas of expertise and scholarship as they relate to the content of the program.

I have never done online learning before, is it effective?

Yes. You get the benefit of world-class faculty from all over the world without incurring the costs and inconveniences of traveling. The sessions are condensed into 90 minutes and are designed to stimulate learning and encourage information sharing without overloading the student.

What happens if I am unable to make a session I need to complete the program?

All twelve sessions will be offered live September to December and will be repeated in 2011. Participants can access previously recorded sessions anytime.

Will I have access to materials from the sessions?

Yes. You will be given a link and password to access and download all recorded sessions and presentation PDFs online.

How long is the examination, and when can I take it?

Once you have completed all of the sessions you may schedule your personal online examination. There will be no time limit for completing it.

Do I have to take the online examination?

No. You may join the online sessions and elect not to take the examination. In this case, you will not receive the Certificate in Reputation Management.

What happens if I do not pass the online examination?

You may take it over again (at no additional charge). If you fail an exam, we will give you feedback on the questions you answered incorrectly so that you may appropriately prepare for the re-test.

Is it possible to take the training live, or to have the program customized to my organization's specific needs?
