What are the Reputation Management Training Programs?
Reputation Institute offers two levels of Reputation Management training. Level 1: Reputation Management Training examines where reputations come from, what consequences they have for businesses, and how they can be managed. Level 1 consists of twelve 90-minute webinar sessions. Level 2: Advanced Reputation Management Training builds on Level 1 by providing in-depth case studies and best practices for senior professionals in reputation management. Level 2 consists of thirteen 75-minute webinar sessions.
Participants who complete all sessions and pass an online examination will then receive a Certificate of Completion in Reputation Management.
What is the purpose of these programs?
The training programs are intended to provide a strategic overview of the topics examined and their role in the reputation management process. Level 1 introduces the complex field of reputation management to professionals interested in developing a basic understanding. Level 2 builds on these concepts by focusing on the five key pillars through which companies build reputational advantage. Both levels include case studies and provide specific tools for professionals to implement in their respective functions.
What do the programs include?
The programs include access to all sessions for six months, including recorded versions of the live sessions. After passing an online examination, participants receive a Certificate of Completion in Reputation Management.
Can I ask questions during the live sessions?
Yes, participants can ask questions during the session at any time. There is also allocated Q&A time at the end of every session.
How were faculty selected to teach these sessions?
All faculty are leading academic thinkers and practitioners in the field of reputation management and related disciplines. Each faculty member has been carefully selected for his or her areas of expertise and scholarship as they relate to the content of the program.
I have never done online learning before. Is it effective?
Yes! You get the benefits of world-class faculty from all over the world without the costs and inconveniences of traveling. The sessions are condensed and designed to facilitate learning and encourage discussion without overloading the participant.
What happens if I am unable to make a session I need to complete the program?
All sessions will be offered live twice a year. Participants can access recorded versions of all sessions anytime in the Resources section.
Will I have access to materials from the sessions?
Yes. You can access all recorded session and presentation PDFs online.
How long is the examination, and when can I take it?
Once you have completed all of the sessions, you may schedule your personal online examination. There is no time limit for completing the exam once you have begun. The exam will be open for participants to take for 30 days after the last session.
Do I have to take the online examination?
No. You may join the online sessions and elect not to take the examination. In this case, you will not receive the certificate of completion in Reputation Management.
What happens if I do not pass the online examination?
You have the opportunity to take another exam (at no additional cost). We will give you feedback on the questions you answered incorrectly so that you can prepare for the re-test.
Is it possible to take the training live, or to have the program customized to my organization's specific needs?

What does the Certificate of Completion signify?
Once you have attended all sessions and passed the online examination, Reputation Institute recognizes that you have a basic foundation in the concepts of the Reputation Management discipline. The certificate signifies the completion of the program only and does not make the participant an expert in the methodologies of Reputation Institute. Participants are welcome to continue to advance his or her knowledge of Reputation Management in future advanced programs.
