Fees: The program fee of $2,495 USD includes access to all 12 online learning sessions, online access to handouts and materials, an online examination, and a Certificate in Reputation Management.

Discounts: For groups of 3-4 people there is a 10% discount, for groups of 5-6 people there is a 15% discount, for groups of 7-10 people there is a 20% discount. For groups of more than 10 please contact Seth Kerker at skerker@reputationinstitute.com.

Payment: Payment is due in full prior to the start of training. Payment can be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or by check, bank transfer, or bank wire. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.

Cancellations: There are no refunds for cancellations. You may substitute your registration to a colleague within your organization only if you have not started the program.

Program Changes: Reputation Institute is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of the program. RI shall assume no liability in the event the program is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this program impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, RI reserves the right to alter or modify the listed speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our website as soon as possible.
