Through Reputation Institute's Reputation Management Training Programs

Reputation Institute offers two levels of Reputation Management Training. The Basic Program examines where reputations come from, what consequences they have for businesses, and how they can be managed. The Advanced Program deepens these concepts by focusing on the five key pillars on which companies differentiate themselves to build a reputational advantage. Both programs refer to practical examples and provide specific tools for professionals who want to improve their skill sets and gain expertise in corporate reputation management, and both are delivered through a series of online sessions guided by experts from around the world.

  • Level 1: Basic Reputation Management Training — This program is designed to introduce the complex field of reputation management to professionals interested in developing a basic understanding of reputation management, particularly those with functional responsibilities in corporate communication, marketing, strategic planning, social issues, and public affairs. The content of this Program is delivered through a series of twelve 90-minute interactive live online sessions led by an international faculty of academics and professionals specifically chosen for their expertise.   • NEW! Level 2: Advanced Reputation Management Training — This program is geared to Directors, Vice Presidents, and professionals with three or more years of reputation management experience. Participants who have successfully completed the Level 1: Reputation Management Training can continue to develop their knowledge of Reputation Management in the new advanced program. Content of this program will be delivered in a series of thirteen 75-minute interactive live online sessions organized around the five key pillars through which companies build reputational advantage, namely: Leadership, Corporate Branding, Innovation, Engagement, and Citizenship. In each session, two seminar leaders participate in an interactive presentation of advanced concepts and their application to detailed best practice case studies from companies around the world. All training programs will be delivered through Adobe's state-of-the-art Connect 8 platform. All sessions are video based, and enable participants to ask private questions, chat publicly, answer interactive polls, and work in small groups. All enrollees will have the flexibility to participate in sessions live online or by viewing recorded versions. Participants who complete all sessions and pass an online examination will then receive a Certificate of Completion in Reputation Management from Reputation Institute.
