Viewpoint: HR is taking the lead in the battle for talent, culture

HR departments are being required to take the lead in creating a culture that embraces both the core values of the company as well as the individual needs of employees across generations. Beyond employee surveys, HR leaders have a great opportunity to leverage new data sources to deliver people insights and guide strategic decision-making within their organizations.

Massachusetts employers are already working hard to keep the commonwealth’s recent grads from the appeal of warmer climates. While we can't control the weather in Massachusetts, we can certainly use data to manage the perception of companies based here.
