Ana Luisa de Castro Almeida is Managing Director of Reputation Institute Brazil. As a consultant, she has an experience of more than 20 years in the field of Corporate Communication, developing projects for companies such as Cemig, Petrobras, Samarco, Tetra Pak, Braskem, Itaú Unibanco and Votorantim. In the academic field, she has a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais-UFMG in Brazil and Erasmus University in Holland and currently lectures at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais-PUC Minas and Fundação Dom Cabral-FDC, two of the most renowned educational institutions in Brazil.
Stefano Cini is Managing Director of Reputation Institute Italy. He is in charge of client relationships, consulting actitivies, and data/insight integration for Italy. Stefano's consulting expertise focuses on helping executives to take faster, smarter and more confident decisions such as mapping business scenarios, measuring category/brand performance and highlighting threats and growth opportunities.
Marcus Dias is Managing Director of Reputation Institute Brazil. He has led teams and partners in high complexity projects in fields like reputation management, stakeholder engagement and corporate communications, for companies from B2B and B2C industries, including Mining, Chemicals, Energy, Pharma, Auto, Consumer Products and Telecom. He has also presented or moderated sessions related to these topics in conferences across North and South America, Europe and Asia, as well as featured as guest lecturer in Brazilian academic institutions such as FDC, PUC Minas, UFMG and FIA. Marcus holds a MSc in Corporate Communications from Erasmus University and a BA in Social Communications from PUC Minas.
Olivier Forlini is the Managing Director of Reputation Institute France, leading our development in the French Market. Olivier has 20 years of experience in Sales with a strong background leading this market for large and international companies within a Technology Research and Consulting firm (Gartner). He developed this specific Technology firm's segment to ensure key business strategic alignments with Markets potentials, clients expectations and products / offers portfolios. Those last years, Olivier has managed in an entrepreneurial mode a European business across various EMEA countries.
Stephen Hahn-Griffiths is Chief Reputation Officer of Reputation Institute, and plays an active role in spearheading the Reputation Consulting and Custom Measurement needs of our major clients. He is a thought-leader in corporate communications, reputation management, and the alignment of corporate brand with reputation. Stephen was previously a partner and co-owner at Protobrand, a boutique insights and strategy consultancy in Boston. Prior to that, he was the Chief Strategy Officer at leading multi-national agencies, including Leo Burnett, Mullen, and Saatchi & Saatchi. He has worked on developing overall reputation enhancing and corporate communications strategies at the C-Suite level for several years, including current RI clients Allstate, Procter & Gamble, JPMC, AB InBev, and AT&T. Stephen’s work in reputation, communications, and brand strategy has been critically acclaimed through the winning of major awards, including EFFIEs, Clios, Cannes Lions, and the Jay Chiat Award for Strategic Excellence. His academic credentials include an MBA from New York University.
Brad Hecht is the Senior Managing Director, Americas, at Reputation Institute. In this role, he leads RI’s team in North and South America, including client management, support and delivery. Mr. Hecht is a seasoned executive with an intense passion for building, growing and managing scalable, global content and advisory organizations. Prior to joining RI, Mr. Hecht was the COO of Iconoculture, with global responsibility for the Iconoculture sales and marketing, advisory and content, consulting and customer service organizations. Iconoculture was acquired by CEB in 2009.
Prior to Iconoculture, Mr. Hecht was Chief Research Officer and Chief Product Strategist at Yankee Group, where he managed Yankee Group’s global product portfolio, as well as its research, advisory, consulting and content organization. Prior to the Yankee Group, Hecht served as a vice president and general manager at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was responsible for expanding MIT’s content strategy, including working with MIT’s Technology Review magazine and the creation of its Internet media property. Earlier in his career, Hecht spent almost a decade at Gartner Group. He served as SVP and head of research at Gartner’s fastest growing subsidiary, where he led all research planning and standards, model development, and analyst management, training and support. Hecht also spent multiple years in various research and advisory positions with Gartner, including serving as founder of the most successful first-year advisory service in Gartner history. Mr. Hecht holds a dual degree in international business and science and technology from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
Raj Joshi is Chief Technology Officer of Reputation Institute and is responsible for driving innovation and data science initiatives. His expertise includes conceiving and executing strategic plans, architecting enabling tools and metrics, managing cloud systems, and big data technologies. Prior to joining Reputation Institute, Raj served as a Vice President for Digilant where he was responsible for managing big data analytics, big data mining, business intelligence solutions, customer data analytics, Agile methodology, and driving business innovation. He joined Digilant from Pegasystems, where he served as a Principal Data Architect and was responsible for building enterprise solutions for IT and cross functional teams. Raj holds a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems and Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Northeastern University.
Enrique Johnson is Managing Director of Reputation Institute Spain and LATAM. In Enrique's twenty years of professional activity, all of them have been dedicated to managing and building brands, and managing the communication of a large number of global brands in Europe and Latin America. Living in Spain, traveling all over the Latin American countries, creating global brands in several different markets and opening new offices, has been a great personal and professional experience for Enrique in managing clients and building teams. His expertise includes Brand Stategist, Brand Managing, Corporate Brands and as an expert in Place Branding.
Jay Manson is the Vice President, Global Accounts for Reputation Institute in North America, responsible for driving client adoption of Reputation Institute’s Solutions. He comes to Reputation Institute with over 15 years of marketing, PR and sales consulting services, and has spent the past 10 years growing subscription based companies. Jay’s primary focus is working with existing clients. Helping them adopt Reputation Institute’s management model to leverage reputation as a competitive differentiator. He has deep understanding of marketing and PR best practices. Formerly, he served as Director at Monitor Consulting and as Managing Director for Strategic Pricing Group. When Jay is not in the office you can find him rowing on the Charles River.
Nicky McHugh is Vice President and Consulting Director with Reputation Institute US. She is a client thought-partner, providing senior executive counsel at the point where leadership and communications converge. Her professional expertise is in realizing the factors that shape reputation; specifically, in the development of positioning platforms and narrative creation that align to strategic initiatives and key performance measures.
Prior to joining Reputation Institute Ms. McHugh led the Corporate Public Relations Practice at Ogilvy in New York, where she directed strategic communications assignments for best in class global organizations in the consulting, financial, manufacturing and B2B sectors.
Previously she held leadership positions with global communications firms including MSL Group, and Hill + Knowlton where she led client engagements, helped build senior executive reputations, raised the profile of organizations, and conducted workshops with leadership teams to explore communications outcomes that advance economic and reputation value.
Ms. McHugh is adept managing high-profile assignments having spearheaded communications for a controversial and nationally scrutinized US Supreme Court case; and launched a $6.4 billion corporate spin-off with reputation building and risk mitigation strategies at a time when the company was under public criticism from an activist investor.
Ms. McHugh holds a Master’s Degree in English from Fordham University. She is an adjunct professor and published author. Her work has been recognized for excellence numerous times, most recently when the Holmes Report awarded her team with a Gold Sabre award in 2015.
Tammy Olsen is Vice President, Global HR of Reputation Institute. Ms. Olsen joined the company in September 2017 and is responsible for employee relations, performance management programs, full engagement planning and implementation and talent acquisition/management across the organization.Prior to RI, Ms. Olsen spent 4 years in the medical device industry as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager. Originally from Seattle, she graduated with a degree in Communications from Western Washington University, quickly thereafter, moving to Boston to attend Simmons College to work towards her MA in Communications Management. She started her career in a variety of sales roles from meeting planning, engineering software, IT consulting services and full desk recruiting. She currently resides in Cambridge, MA.

Strategic Advisor for Photon Consulting, Earley Information Science, and Crayon, all companies specializing in Data Science and SAAS.
Fabrizio Scuri is Vice President and Consulting Director with Reputation Institute Italy. Fabrizio brings more than 20 years of experience from top-tier marketing and research organizations where he supported multi-national clients across varied industries. A subject matter expert on consumer behavior and media analysis, Fabrizio has expertise in transforming qualitative and quantitative research methodologies into strategic and actionable insights. He studied economics at Bocconi University and lives in his hometown of Milan with his wife Anna, and son, Riccardo.
Henrik Stroier is Managing Diector, Nordics, where he assists leading companies in building and leveraging strong corporate reputations. Henrik has held national and international positions within communications and marketing and has more than 18 years of experience in the fields of Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Technology and Healthcare. He brings a strong ability to activate insights, strategize and create cross-organizational communication platforms. Henrik holds a BA in Strategic Planning and an Executive MBA from Henley Management College.
Michele Tesoro-Tess is Senior Managing Director, EMEA. Throughout his management consulting career Michele has driven high complexity projects in fields like change management, stakeholder engagement, change communications and internal communications and Human Resources. His clients include Consumer goods, Energy and Utilities, Banking & Insurance, Pharmaceuticals and Automotive among others. Michele regularly speaks and writes on the topic of Return on Reputation of communications activities and how these need to be managed to maximize impact. Michele holds a BA in Business & Communication and a Master in Communications Management from the University of Lugano and UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Nicolas Georges Trad, President of Global Accounts, and board member, is globally responsible for Reputation Institute and is in charge of building the company's partner offices and network worldwide. Throughout his career at Reputation Institute, Mr. Trad has advised multinational companies, cities and countries on areas such as Reputation Management, Global Affairs, Country & City Reputation, Corporate Branding, Employer Branding, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Human Resources. Drawing on his extensive experience in practicing reputation management and public affairs globally, Mr. Trad speaks and writes regularly on best practice in public affairs and reputation management for corporate and government audiences and has been featured on CNN, in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Bloomberg, as well as local radio and TV around the world. Nicolas earned his MSc in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School and holds an MBA from UADE, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He speaks English, French, Spanish, Danish and German.
Dr. Andrew Tuckeris Vice President, Data Science Director, and a member of RI’s Global Leadership Team. He champions the company’s digital reputation data practice. Andrew founded Mettle Consulting which was acquired by RI in 2018. RI’s data science team applies state-of-the-art digital media aggregation and machine learning to the RepTrak® methodology to service clients across their reputation intelligence needs. Andrew has delivered machine learning programs for PwC, Accenture, and McKinsey, and has built natural language processing solutions with both Oxford and Cambridge University Computer Science departments. Andrew holds a PhD with Distinction in Political Science from Georgetown University and has taught at University College London and Brunel University.
Kylie Wright-Ford is the Chief Executive Officer for Reputation Institute and is responsible for global leadership and governance. Kylie was previously the Chief Operating and Strategy Officer for World 50, a company that manages private peer communities enabling CEOs and C-level executives from globally respected organizations to stay ahead. Prior to World 50, she was part of the leadership team at New York-based Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) for seven years. In the early part of her career, Kylie worked in finance for ten years including eight years with Goldman Sachs JBWere in Australia. She completed her MBA at Oxford University in 2005 and is the co-author of a book about leadership in the fourth industrial revolution - The Leadership Mind Switch. Kylie has lived and worked in Australia and the UK before coming to the US. She brings a track record of driving significant revenue growth, leading innovation and building great teams in global settings.
Kasper Ulf Nielsen is Chief Product Officer at Reputation Institute, and a Member of the Board of Directors. Kasper is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the products and services that guide companies on their reputation journey.
Since 2004, Kasper has played a leading role in the development of Reputation Institute into the global leader of reputation measurement and management. In 2005 Kasper opened the Reputation Institute US office and led that for 5 years. Since 2010 Kasper has focused on developing the European markets with a specific focus on the establishment of the offices in the UK and France. In 2018 Kasper has taking on the role of Chief Product Officer working with a global team inside Reputation Institute.
Over the years, Kasper has consulted companies from across 20+ industries in 30+ countries on how to measure and manage their reputation. As a thought leader in reputation management, Kasper was instrumental in designing the Global RepTrak® study, which is the largest study of corporate reputation in the world. Kasper has led the study since its beginning in 2006 with the global results and learnings being published in Forbes, and referenced by media all over the world. Kasper has developed the Reputation Excellence Framework, which identifies the competencies needed to manage reputation. Kasper is a frequent commentator on reputation topics in the media, and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Financial Times, Bloomberg, as well as local radio and TV around the world. Kasper is also co-author of the book Introduction to Organizational Theory published in 1999.
Kasper holds a Master of Science in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School with MBA credits from McGill University in Canada.
Fabio Ventoruzzo is Vice President and Consulting Director with Reputation Institute Italy. Fabio specialized in stakeholder advocacy and reputation management for both private and public organizations. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, and lobbying. At Reputation Institute Fabio supports clients by leveraging reputation data to strengthen the corporate purpose. He focuses his expertise on stakeholder and opinion-leader engagement, particularly in the areas of CSR in the financial and energy sectors. When away from the office, Fabio is teaching university classes in corporate communications and public affairs. He is also Vice President of FERPI, the Italian association of public relations professionals.
